Freegle / freecyclers, a waste of time.?

I have been promotional items that come my way in the local group Freegle. Being an electrician qualified, I check more items, clean them and offer them. The response is usually overwhelming and if I can get those who seem most in need. Items available are refrigerators, freezers, cookers, televisions, etc. All in perfect condition and working. Today, I stopped. It is simply not bother looking. I remind the Brigade can offer songs to the crowd, with Tesco on its way. I'm saving money to many people, especially those that set their first home, but can not be bothered to collect. It seems that the tips of the remaining items that still work over the years left in them. It is the thing I wanted avoided.
