Is the BBC trying to spread the culture of "txt talk about" dumbing down children's television?

If children spend all their time watching TV, I do not become the next Einstein, no matter what is displayed. The education they receive from television should be correct, but the education school and parents is invaluable. I say let the children see TV an hour a day and spend the rest of the time involved in activities that are more advantageous.
