Biography
Toyah father ran a successful carpentry business. CE Edgbaston attended College where he obtained a GCE pass in music and formed as an actress at the Old Rep Drama School in his hometown of Birmingham.
Punk Era
It began well known at the time of punk rock, his appearances in 1977 Derek Jarman's film Jubilee and 1979's Who album-inspired Quadrophenia its introduction as a provocative and anti-character.
Singer
Head of a group known as Toyah, her singing career was slow to take off and the 'group has released six singles in the UK before finally hitting the charts in 1981 with "It's a mystery." She was followed by several other big hits including "Mountain Storm" and "I Want to Be Free." These singles also had international success. In the early eighties, Toyah had her own successful line of makeup called "search for Alma.
In 1982 he was voted Best British singer Rock and Pop Awards since redesignated as the Brit Awards, or "British" and in 1986 she married guitarist Robert Fripp in the United Kingdom. She was one of the first acts to score regularly in the British charts with EPS. Also in 1986, Willcox sang at the Tony Banks track "Lion of Symmetry ". In 1987, she made the fifty with her version of" Echo Beach ".
Toyah has released 30 albums (both solo and part of the groups); 22 of which were studio albums, of which 7 were the UK Top 40. She has 13 top 40 singles in the UK, becoming one of the most successful artists British history.

For 2009, Toyah was seventh in a series from the BBC to name the "Queen of British pop", as voted by the British public.

Toyah has had published two best-sellers. After his 2000 autobiography Living Out Loud, Toyah had a new autobiographical book published in 2005 documenting her experience of cosmetic surgery, Journal a facelift.
Radio
It was heard on the radio, even in 2002 the BBC Radio 4 series The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes. In November 2007, Toyah took the role of sponsors of the Black Country urban park for 50 million Big Lottery Peoples. In April 2008, Toyah participated in the Great Walk to Beijing, along with other celebrities raise funds for cancer charity, Olivia Newton-John. In June 2008, she appeared on LivingTV living with the dead to share their experiences living in the haunted house. On July 24, 2008 Toyah appeared on the British ITV1 this morning (series TV) to talk about his role in rock musical Rock vampire vampires. Under Liverpool European Capital of Culture year, will be on stage for the first time in the new Liverpool Echo Arena and Convention Center. In 2009, a new version of Vampire Rock was created, called Vampires Rock Christmas, and Toyah's back in his role as Killer Queen, along with the writer and one of the stars of the show, Steve Steinman.

Life Style
He currently lives in Pershore, Worcestershire, United Kingdom, with her husband Robert Fripp. They married in 1986 in Poole, Dorset.
