What are the television used to be abstract in Cartoon Network's Adult Swim / in the U.S.?
I remember as a block sketches that were different and a bit horrible for the people of the adults showed the first night.
I not sure on the Cartoon Network (I can not think of anything that really fits what you want, which aired on [as] outside Superjail! or Metalocalypse), but MTV used to air "MTV Oddities" and "Television liquid, which had some sketches that match your description.
