How can you have an interview for a supervisory position in the field of cable television?
I am interviewing for a job monitoring and help I need. there will be 6 VIP of the meeting in the interview and I'm freezing. I work for a cable company and have been with them three years and feel I am in the interview prepared and very nervous. asked many personal questions. aa know why I ask, what are your biggest 3 strengths, how you feel about unions, what makes you better than other candidates, who are their weaknesses and how did you overcome them, who have been here three years, why someone with 20 years of experience at your service. please help if you can, thanks
First things first, you must have confidence that you can do the job. The VIP is looking for someone who is honest, loyal, trustworthy, responsible and above all, able to work. As for personal matters, you should know the answer to before applying for a job. Everything, then, why someone with 20 years of experience at your disposal? Because the final decision is the knees. The responsibility is yours, regardless if it is right or wrong. The best feature of a leader is the ability to listen to all entries, regardless of whether it is the president company or the janitor, and decide accordingly. It has little to do with age. Also, if you do not know the answer to a question, say you do not know, but research and knowledge. Good luck. And remember, Thomas Edison was not more than 10,000 times in his life, and we all remember.
