What is the best tv tuner video capture software?
Due to space contrictions bedroom, I can not have a TV. I would able to play my playstation through my office. Currently I have an internal ATI 650 TV tuner card with AV inputs to connect to my playstation. The included software creates a difference of two seconds on my system that makes all games unplayable. I want to be able to view and record television through the program, even if that is possible.
