Please help me identify this group ………?
I heard on U.S. television during the 2000 millennium celebration. He was a punk rock / alternative band that plays the old standard "Somewhere Over The Rainbow". I think I saw the new year in Australia when I heard. I've looked at years and came up empty-handed. If anyone can help I really appreciate it.
