The television history – England 1924
In English with an interest in the history of English thought it would be interesting to tell the story television and its invention by John Logie Baird in Ally Pally in London. The British Broadcasting Company began transmissions on November 14 1922 to date, when more than ten million shillings (50p) has been issued. In 1927, the company was restructured as a public company, the BBC as we know it by his father founder, John (more later Lord) Reith, but this time an even newer technology has been developed television.
In Indeed, the company was very interested in television, invented by John Logie Baird and the experiences that I wanted to continue under his patronage, and not under any other company. Consequently, the company has offered Baird-use facilities at South Bank in London. In 1932, the BBC has been lucky for the dissemination of inspections periodicals. Now available in the studio recently acquired Baird in Portland Place, W1. BB Studio, Britain first dedicated television studio is installed in the basement of Broadcasting House, and then Baird has continued to test and refine the new medium. The contest came from electronic music and Industries (IME), based in Hayes, Middlesex, where he had worked with the Marconi Company in the development of high definition.
In May 1934, UK government has appointed a commission headed by Lord Selsdon, to initiate investigations into the feasibility of creating a public service television recommendations on the conditions under which a service could be offered. The report's findings were published in Selsdon a Government White Paper in January the following year. The BBC has been given the development of television, which was to lead a definition is not less than 240 lines with a minimum of 25 frames per second. With the publication of this report, the era of low-resolution images ended with the dancer Lydia Sokolova was the last British artist to appear on the old line system 30.
The Committee proposes that two new systems for high definition (240 lines Baird and Marconi-EMI 405 lines) would be chosen for replacement transmissions by the BBC during a period, until they decided it was better. Finding a suitable location for the new service, the BBC chose the Alexandra Palace in Haringey, London. Its position on a hill was the place to set up a station covering all London and many of its surrounding counties.
"Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. It is with great pleasure that I present to the magic of television … "
With these words, Leslie Mitchell introduced the first television program HD Britain Radiolympia general public. The date was August 26, 1936. This was the first television broadcast worldwide. At the beginning of war in 1939 over 80,000 spectators was watching television seven days a week.
During September 1, 1939 and Mickey Mouse was shown on television the television has become all white and went to the air. The program returned in 1946 and BBC television and radio has grown in strength.

My family tree has been traced back to the early Kings of England from the 7th Century AD. I am also a direct descendent of Sir Christopher Wren which has given me an interest in English History which is great fun to research. My articles are all about my interests in English History that the world will be amazed at. For example: The first manned flight was in England in 1849 and the first passenger vehicle was invented in England in 1801.
