Television Ratings Guide

Are you / Has been a member of the Research Council for the official audience ratings?
We have just received a postcard from the Board of Hearing Research asked us to become members in order to measure our monitoring activities to assess Official British television, apparently only a few thousand of homes across the country are selected for the survey. Apparently it is an incentive for which you earn points to redeem against items in a website, but I can not find anywhere how to keep score, how many points to get them, etc, does anyone else have an experience that could guide me?
Yes, I was a member of Nielson United States two years ago. It is interesting, but becomes tedious with all the reading materials. More than likely ☼ that assign points based on your listening habits.
