Fuzzy TV reception on the TV?
I live in an apartment building in New York. Over the past two years I've used a cable wall to get TV reception. I just basic cable, I get the Food Network. Moreover, as the country rushes to HD, I need a converter. Today I received a used TV, Toshiba, which is much larger. I always welcome. However, when I cut the TV is crisp, but blurred. When I use my DVD is crisp. Any suggestions – maybe I did not have the functions of the TV? He also made sure that the cable is secure on television. I thank thanks!
Replace the cable from the wall, perhaps? Does not take much to turn them to deteriorate. This would be a test run, if possible. Was old SD TV and the HDTV TV Toshiba? This would make a difference. The signal you get is likely as SD. Viewed on a television that looks like SD crisp. Seen in a TV may be a bit smoother. But you do not really describe the TV more, so it is difficult to say whether the issue. DVD full screen should look or less the same (but now are not full screen). Widescreen DVD if I could see increasing, if the Toshiba is not too large. As you connect a coaxial cable directly on TV, the TV clearly has a built-in tuner. So maybe its just the Toshiba tuner is not as good as the tuner in the old game. The tuner would the impact of DVD playback as the DVD do not need the tuner. I am not a technician or engineer, so I do not know if this would still be a possibility legitimate, but its something that comes to mind for your question.
