Why is that students study at universities on every purchase of a TV license?
These people are trying to improve themselves and in turn the best country, while the criminals in our prisons have access to all Sky TV and not, have to pay a cent, it appears that Crime pays in certain circumstances
TV is a luxury that I do not see why students should be released while the rest of us have to pay. Certainly should not be allowed in prisons as well. Prisoners should not be entitled to any entertainment.
