The TV license is Ireland constatution cons?

I doubt very much – the Constitution is very clear to give the power to levy taxes to the government and give approval rights to the Dail. Therefore, defining governemnt is licensed and not the RTE authority. But always can challenge the legality before the Supreme Court, but it would cost more than the license!
