About the blind.?
Did you know that blind people should buy a TV license, but at a concessional rate. They third shot on the total cost. I think it's shameful. I think it's a shame you have to pay for the license. The BBC should be exempt from the tax.
I know it's embarrassing is not! Shame on the BBC!
