IPL loses its luster? – In the third arbitrator of the mark

One of my clients was told was a very interesting observation. He said that the principle of news capsules slots clearly delineated the different aspects – local news, international news, sports, entertainment, etc. But if you look to know today, offers entertainment and sports, and if the new does not know will not. Well, the IPL is certainly entertaining, and confusion is certainly entertaining franchise, but What about the brand that has the potential to be an icon of the future?

But this example is different because it is a very good beer has image on the right and when the weather in India is still the most likely (!) The brand will fare with gusto.
IPL is a different story. Lalit Modi, is someone who is love or hate. Without the benefit of formal market research, I can only say that it seems to have touched many people in the wrong direction and IPL is the brand for many of us at least. And though the news is great, I'm not sure what to do with the holders with a raid on your tax office is great publicity for your brand.
Caution is the key
Lalit Modi is in danger of being taken on a short stop on the day after of rain overnight. Your brand is under control. You should try to bat Geoffrey Boycott Jack Hobbs or eyes on the ball. Unfortunately, he is at bat, and Robin Uthappa. I am sure you have the confidence to handle something, after all, Indian businessmen believe they can handle anything, including the right. But it should spare a thought for the brand that has built very quickly, and a brand that is the envy of the world. Trademarks are difficult to construct and easy on the teeth. It is time for objectivity, Lalit Modi. It's time to peep and less time to think more. The time not to fight another political battles, but a time to remember the things that an IPL phenomenal success and go back to basics. This is entertainment sport, not in the halls of media and television studios. This is another time to see the consumer. Lalit Modi would do well to remember that many people want an error and must prove otherwise, not only for himself but for the sake of the brand was built only.
