Bobby Flay's from New York has become highly successful leaders today. He had a passion for cooking since he was just 17 years. Since then, his career seemed to do nothing but increase.

Bobby Flay was cooking in the restaurant Joe Allen when Allen was culinary talent and was so impressed that he paid for the training of Bobby to the French Culinary Institute. He graduated in 1993 and began working for Jonathan Waxman, in New York. From him I learned to love the flavors of the American southwest. He was subsequently hired by Jerome Kretchmer and Bobby is his partner and executive chef of Mesa Grill.

With his talent and passion for cooking has gained celebrity Bobby. He is praised not only for food or cooking skills, but also by several other reasons. Besides cooking Bobby began to organize a TV. His work, books and shows have always been impressed and inspired people. His latest career move is an upcoming show called The Grill, which will be launched at Food Network, with beginner who come into the program to share their recipes for the barbecue.
