Sony Television On Sale

I'm looking to buy a LCD TV in my room for 26. Anyone have any idea?
I looked at Sony and Samsung (LNT-2642H and LNT-2653) and each seem to receive very similar ratings. Should I go with one of them, or consider another brand? It appeared that many televisions are sold, so you should go ahead and buy or wait for another time of year. I'm not in a hurry, but I'm ready for an upgrade when I find a great deal. Thanks pour votre aide.
Certainly, buying a Samsung instead of a Sony. From personal experience, I have owned two brands of televisions and find an image that represents many Samsung lighter and thinner than the Sony. The sound quality is much clearer and, in general, Samsung TV last longer. You could buy a TV at any place now when the market given the economic crisis will not improve soon. If I were you, buy a store like Circuit City or Best Buy. The shops are the most reliable and popular to buy LCD or plasma TV. In addition, make sure you get the guarantee in case. It is always better safe than sorry especially with so costly a work of Fragil technology. I hope this will help you make a decision, good luck!
