Where I can find a flat screen TV in shape?
I have a TV cabinet that currently about 8 years with a capacity 27 "old-school CRT (tube) TV. I call it my big tv back! Anyway, the cabinet is very nice and I still love him, but now its time to replace my old TV that I find most are available new rectangular, square. Therefore, unless there is something like a TV screen in a square plate, actually have to buy a TV with a smaller screen than I am now – I will not do. Is there a place like LCD / Plasma on the market? Prices similar to rectangular? What's available to everyone else (I suppose millions) of people who have entertainment centers and furniture that were designed for the television tube? Please help! Thanks a lot!
As TV screens are measured diagonally, you may not lose change the actual size of a big screen television. The widescreen ratio is 16:9, the old CRT is 4:3. I think if you can buy a television that has something few (eg, panels, controls, speaker) on the sides of the screen, and as broad as can acommodate in the closet, which has a good height and a proper widescreen size. Only the display of images on the 4:03 report of age suffer.
