Is television a positive or negative agent of socialization of children and youth?
I agree, both. However, after weighing the matter worse. Reality television …. First, it is not even true. Why say that I'm not even sure. It's entertaining, but has too much influence. Do not see everyone, although I have seen some shows here and there, and honestly did not impress me. I am considered "weird" by most of people my age because I prefer seeing the ABC News story or MTV2 in general. I like Comedy Central because I love comedy. I hope I'm not walking. My point is that the media have much power in this country today, but most people still see more power they receive and, consequently, the shit they show. It's a circle cycle. With all the publicity and scandal that surrounds young Hollywood and all who want to be a pop star or rap, it really got out of hand. Of course, I speaking in generalities and not to individuals. Obviously not everyone is in this way. I that when it comes to young children of 10 years, television is not so bad. The Most of these ages is about education and not vulgar. But there are still things, especially advertising, that young children see and I can not understand. As I said, it's a vicious circle. Parents can control what their children watch, and I think things are a little better. Much remains to be done.
