Does television have a positive or negative effect on children?
depends on what you see. My 9 year old is really into science and such, and spends his time watching TV Myths and other programs that are scientifically related. In this case, has a positive effect because l interest in something educational. If there are more to vegetate watching SpongeBob or something, then it may be negative. Too much TV is not very good for a child. You need to try to divide his time between that and other things.
