No Television Signal

"No signal input" on TV?!?
I was sitting on my couch watching television when I pressed the remote control. I have pushed something wrong, because as soon as it was the TV went black and now says I have "no input signal. This just happened and no I can understand how to fix it. What should I do? I have a Pioneer TV and my cable provider Comcast. I do not know if that makes a difference. It says "Standard PC" in the upper right corner. To me, do not think he said earlier. I disconnected and reconnected everything and is doing the same.
