Why my internet is slow at night?
Nothing has changed in terms of hardware or software between yesterday and today. I 3 Mbps DSL organized by TDS Telecom by a server in my hometown of Athens, Maine. However, yesterday I was downloading at speeds of around 250kbps or more, and could easily play television programs. Today, my download speed is about 2-20kbps (Interestingly, my rate of climb is 50kbps today – not exactly sure what it was before, but probably not much more than that) for what could be a problem with my system or is external problem to be fixed by my ISP? What I can do to fix it, if it's my problem? I am running Windows 7 on a fairly new desktop computer. Thanks. I have the intention to contact them if the problem is not resolved within a day or two. I wonder if this is no doubt (or at least plausible) an external problem beyond my control.
just call your ISP, they are the ones that offer Internet they are able to anwser better than anyone here.
