Order a Dell laptop for my daughter when she started school College in July 2006. There were problems from day one. Three late bid, the team finally arrived two weeks after she started school. Vyseaurion I agree 100%. Asus is the brand Dell is dependable and least immediately after eMachines. There is also the story that Dell has the power * cough * Just stay away from Dell and Good Luck with your problem. I also agree with slyolefox. The PC with the pieces they buy much better than Dell can offer the same price @.
