Why, if other countries mimic America, do not imitate our health-care/insurance system?

I do not understand. In other countries, particularly in developed countries (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Israel, Western Europe and Canada) and emulate United States in terms of fashion, music, film, television, mass demonstrations of fast food, but what I do not require that these countries lose their means of health-care/insurance and switch to an American, if we are the best? Did not want things like pre-existing condition clauses, termination, etc? One could think that, given what the law says about health care in Europe and Japan in particular, that would be riots in moving to a system like ours, because they are so bad, Right?
